Who Is Geoff McKay?

Geoff McKay has actually served as a director of our general http://geoffmckay2.blogspot.com/2013/11/geoff-mckay-team-work.html partner since February 2010. Mr. McKay is Vulcan Capital Geoff Mckay a Handling Director at Vulcan Capital, the private investment group of Vulcan Inc. He also sits on the boards of Vulcan Energy GP Holdings Inc. and Vulcan Energy Corporation. From March 2000 till joining Vulcan in MCKAY Might 2007, Mr. McKay worked for Forstmann Little & Co., a New york city based personal equity firm, acting as a basic partner from January 2004 to March 2007. During his tenure at Forstmann Little, Mr. McKay was involved with the acquisition and oversight, and served on the boards of directors, of IMG Worldwide, 1 Day Physical fitness and ENK International. From 1997 up until 2000, he was a financial investment banker with Goldman Sachs in the mergers and acquisitions group. Mr. McKay presently sits on the boards of TowerCo LLC, ICAT Holdings and Silvercrest Asset Management Group. Mr. McKay holds a BA in Economics from the College of Victoria and an MBA from the Wharton School of the College of Pennsylvania. Mr. McKay has been designated to serve on our Board by Vulcan Energy, pursuant to the power provided under our LLC Contract. We believe that his substantial transactional experience provides a substantial knowledge resource as we pursue our acquisition technique, which his financial investment oversight background and service on various other boards will lend critical perspective to the Board.
